RF IC vendor SST Communications, a subsidiary of Silicon Storage Technology Inc. is offering a power amplifier for WiFi applications dubbed the 12LP14E, which supports the high-capacity 802.11g wireless standard and consumes 90-mA of power at 18-dBm.
